4. Carrier Disclosures
Carriers arenot liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Availability of a Programand performance of message delivery may be affected by your carrier's coverageand network conditions.
5. Post-Project Survey and Review Requests
After aproject or service is completed, we may contact you by phone, SMS/MMS, or emailto:
● Request thatyou complete a satisfaction survey.
● Collect a NetPromoter Score (NPS) or other rating regarding your experience.
● Gatherqualitative feedback about the work that was performed.
